The AI Readiness Assessment: Up to 20 Questions, One Decision Brief

The AI Readiness Assessment asks up to 20 adaptive questions across five dimensions: commercial intent and portfolio, data, technology and workflow foundations, governance and decision control, people, capability and adoption, and delivery and operating model. Every answer is tested for evidence, and the result is a board-ready decision brief rather than a score.

    What the assessment is

A diagnostic built for Australian executives who need a fast, honest read on where their organisation sits. You provide your context first, then answer up to 20 questions, one at a time. The questions adapt: confident claims get tested for evidence, irrelevant topics get skipped, and material gaps get a closer look.

    The five dimensions

Commercial intent and portfolio: what the money is meant to achieve and what has to be true before an idea gets funded. Data, technology and workflow foundations: whether the systems and data can actually carry AI. Governance and decision control: who can say no, and whether the organisation can explain what its software decides. People, capability and adoption: whether people have the skill, time and reason to change how they work. Delivery and operating model: how a proven idea becomes normal operations.

    What you receive

A decision brief, not a number. It contains an executive verdict, a readiness range, an evidence confidence rating, a five-dimension decision map, three priorities with named owners and commercial reasons, a 30, 60 and 90 day view, five board questions and an evidence checklist. Statements are labelled by where they came from: what you told us, what was inferred, and what remains unverified.

    How long it takes

Plan for 8 to 12 minutes. Your details come first and shape the questions; the brief renders on screen when you finish.

Run the assessment. Answer honestly, mark the evidence honestly, and the brief will tell you which dimension needs investment before your next AI dollar moves.
